Rapideval (Pty) Ltd is a South African public-sector advisory, research, evaluation and capacity-building firm based in Pretoria. We help public institutions and organisations understand what is working, why, and what to do next.
Our story
Rapideval brings together more than two decades of experience in social policy research, national evaluation and public-sector consulting, including a decade working in the non-profit sector. Since registration in 2019, the firm has focused on one thing: producing evidence and plans that decision-makers can rely on.
Our team has completed more than 40 evaluations, from continental and EU-funded assignments to national governance evaluations in South Africa, and has trained more than 4,000 public-sector officials.

Antonio is a senior governance specialist and expert evaluator with a strong background in international development. He leads Rapideval’s evaluation, strategy and facilitation work, drawing on continental, national and non-profit assignments, and has designed and delivered training for thousands of public-sector officials.
